Wine Journey to Piemonte
Expect three days with an authentic Italian winemaker’s experience. On this journey you will have some of the best wines in the world, combined with food made of locally grown ingredients. We hope that the white Alba Truffle is in season during our stay and that we can try this extraordinary food together. We will stay in a small, charming town and probably the best location to visit some nearby wineries.

We will stay at a small, charming hotel Le Torri, located at the very top of Castiglione Falletto.

SAS flight xx-xx, a pre-booked mini bus will be waiting for us and the travel time is approximately 2,5 hours.
Location
We will be based out of Castiglione Falletto. A small charming town surrounded by some extraordinary wine makers in the region.
Schedule

We depart from Oslo with SAS early in the morning. This allows us to arrive Castiglione Faletto around lunch time.
We will check-in and have lunch at the hotel. The rest of the afternoon is for exploring the small town which is our home for the next few days.
18:00 Introduction to Piemonte and the wines of the region with a small wine tasting prior to dinner.
19:00 Dinner at Le Torri.

10:00 We walk down to the family run winery Sobrero where we get a guided tour of the winery and try the wines that they have produced in generation.

10:00 We walk down the steep hill to the winery named Azelia. XXX took over the wine production from his father and they are making some truly special Barolos.

15:00 We drive to the town Barolo where we have free time to explore this charming small Italian town.
19:00 Dinner at one of Barolo town’s best pizzerias.
